VINCENT SEARCY
Behind every great artist, there’s a team member that plays a major role in their success. Vincent Searcy is one of Atlanta’s very own respected music industry movers and shakers. In his college years Searcy was an elite basketball player. With an athlete mentality he applied the importance of loyalty, teamwork, and consistency into his everyday lifestyle. He transitioned those values on to the entertainment scene. In 2001 he started Crown World Entertainment, a 360 entertainment property structured to facilitate various services.

Similar to a coach, Searcy helped discover and develop many notable talents. He began to manage top acts including Rico Love, K Michelle, and Jacob Latimore. Additionally, he managed, actor Justin Martin (Raisin In The Sun) and actress Alix Lapri (Effie from Power) with their artistry.

In 2010, Searcy secured a major production partnership with Jive Records which folded into RCA Records. Searcy later also secured a publishing partnership with Sonyatv. Through various projects he’s collaborated with R&B favorites such as Teddy Riley, Omarion, and Brent Faiyaz. The passion and drive behind Searcy’s music executive career is being able to help his clients exceed their goals and live out their dreams.

​His heavy involvement in legacy catalog acquisitions led to Harbourview Equity Partners as an Advisor in 2022. Q3, 2023 Searcy will launch CWE Distro adding another business layer to his years of experience to make history.
